I have extensive experience in health and education and it is my passion to motivate and help others to make lasting changes to their lifestyle. My journey from food industry to education to health coach and personal trainer changed my life in so many positive ways.
I have lost over 75 pounds and have more energy now than I did in my twenties during my career in the food industry. Last year I started the ketogenic diet with intermittent fasting and it has completely changed my life.
I help people adapt to the ketogenic lifestyle and intermittent fasting to help improve overall health and fitness goals. My goal is to give you the tools and support to literally change your lifestyle, not to make you dependent on me.
Most of my clients are women but I also work with men who have struggled to meet weight loss goals due to health reasons, lack of clarity on how to reach their goals, or inconsistent efforts.
I have years of experience working in alternative health and nutrition and have taught many classes on health and wellness.
